I have learnt SO much from the videos there. As a rugular player this pays for itself many times over. <BR/><BR/>Just be really aware of the differences in how the pros play at each level. I watched sbrugby play at a higher game and i tried that at the lower game. This inevitably didnt work. Watch the videos for the level you are playing.
